Is a management company set-up in 1990 to manage the
Riverside Business Centre

The property is split into 20 Industrial and Office units located near the centre of High Wycombe with a range of tenants from a Furniture Manufacturer to a Computer Specialist and from Printers to a Costume Jewellery Wholesaler.

The Riverside Business Centre is owned and run by the Hawkins family,  Brian, Michael and Anne.  We aim to have a family atmosphere  between the management and tenants.

The property has a large car park to the front , and an undercover car park at the rear for tenants and their guests.

Riverside Business Centre has 24 hour Closed Circuit Television Surveillance both inside and outside  the building for the security of the tenants and their property

We are situated to the west of the centre of High Wycombe, just off the A40, within a mile of the M40,  and within half a mile of the railway station.
