Titania lV is a  Explorer 45  built by C & L  Marine Taiwan we took
delivery 1981 she has 3 cabins, Focsle, main Saloon, and      owner cabin in the aft Cabin which is connected to the main saloon by a corridor which has the sail locker on its side, 2 heads with wash basin and showers. It has an engine room you can get in to work on the Engine and Generator plus room for most of the spares.
 

Titania’s hull is constructed of G.R P and is a very heavy lay up of woven roving making one of the strongest hulls around, the inside is mostly solid teak. The hull has just been sprayed with Algrip in 2001, and New Teak Decks in  2004,   so she looks like a new boat - a beautiful strong boat!

The Cockpit is a full 6 ft long which is great for entertaining with the large cockpit table that stows away when sailing, and then the cockpit is very secure with it high sides and has a gate both sides for easy access to the decks.

Over Titania’s 23 years we have always kept her in perfect condition - we have replaced anything that needs replacing or needs updating, which is why I say she now looks like a new boat and now is  probably a better boat than when she was new.
